Disney is playing the Mauldalorian comeback in Star Wars: The Clone Wars

Over the weekend, the "The Mauldalorian" hashtag / emoji combo started to appear on Twitter. Star Wars fans encountered online are frustrated – whether this is a new enemy announcement Counterfeit? Should Disney accidentally damage the future building point Star Wars: Clone Wars with an emoji thank you? The story is not as fun as some might throw it to be, but it introduces a powerful truck from animated Star Wars Rebels and Star Wars comics in the last season of Clone Wars.

On February 21, the official Disney Plus Twitter account revealed the hashtags and emojis of the new season premiere Clone Wars. In addition to well-known characters – Ahsoka, Captain Rex, and Mace Windu, for example – the tweet has prompted fans to search for a hidden emoji.

While some cheeky users comment on emojis for Star Wars characters they also appear Clone Wars (For example, R2-D2), some found that the original secret hashtag emerged as #TheMauldalorian, presenting a small Mandalorian hat with trousers and colors by Sith villain Darth Maul.

Now what is Mauldalorian? Where does that slippery helmet come from? Helm is a symbol of Mandalorian super Commandos, a group of Mandalorian soldiers who worked for Darth Maul's criminal group, the Shadow Collective, during the Clone Wars. Though cut in half by Obi-Wan in The Phantom Menace, Darth Maul actually survived the ordeal, and out of sheer hatred, was able to rebuild his body due to psychosis. His brother found him and strengthened him, and took over a large part of the Mandalore planet.

To show allegiance to their new leader, while wearing their traditional attire, the Mandalori super-commanders changed their hats to give the appearance of Darth Maul. The group appeared with one episode of season 5 s Star Wars: Clone Wars, though other members, such as the commander Gar Saxon, log in on time Star Wars Rebels of course. Mandalori super-Commandos are making their big appearances on the Darth Maul miniseries, converted from unpublished text of Star Wars: Clone Wars, and sees through Maul's arc as he takes Mandalore.

The emoji tease #TheMauldalorian seems to be referring to a member of the Mandalorian super-commando group, but it's not clear yet which one. It would be captain Gar Saxon, from the middle The rebels, or perhaps a fellow commander Rook Kast, who only had a funny look. It could be an entirely new character.

Mauldalorian also appeared on Clone Wars The premiere of the season, and even Darth Maul didn't know, even though we knew from the drivers that the series would eventually feature Darth Maul starring Ahsoka. Whether the show will include Mauldalorians remains to be seen.

Some fans look worried that Disney has unwittingly destroyed the key point Clone Wars, but this is more the story of a hypre-creative company by mocking the impending appearance of certain favorite characters. Then the Mauldalorians will appear Counterfeit, anyway? We won't know until October, when season 2 is Counterfeit premiums. Or, we might see that in time CounterfeitMaul is dead, ever since Obi-Wan Kenobi killed him in Star Wars Rebels, cremated his body. Maybe eventually it will keep him from coming back?
