With a new season of Fortnite comes a new wave of medallions for players to use. The only way to obtain these is by killing named bosses that appear in specific areas of the map. This guide will tell you everything you need to know about the medallions added in Chapter 5, Season 4.
What are medallions and what do they do?
Medallions are items that drop after a boss dies. They always give players unique abilities that can give them the upper hand in battle against other players. But there’s a catch: the player’s approximate location will always be visible to everyone. If a player has multiple medallions, their location will be clearly visible.
All medallions
- Doombot’s Siphon Medallion
- Mysterio’s Stealth Medallion
- Emma Frost’s Revelation Medallion
Doombot’s Siphon Medallion
This is perhaps one of the better medallions to try to get. After you kill someone with this medallion, you immediately steal their health, which is great if you are fighting a lot of people at once.
The Doombot’s Siphon Medallion also appears in Castle Doom and as the name suggests, it can only be obtained by killing the Doombot in the Throne Room.
Mysterio’s Stealth Medallion
This medallion allows its wearers to become invisible when crouching, making it ideal for close combat or when you’re in the final circles.
To get Mysterio’s Stealth Medallion, you must first kill Mysterio. He always appears in the center of Doomstadt.
Emma Frost’s Revelation Medallion
This medallion is great in any situation as it randomly marks enemies around you. The only downside is that you can’t control when this happens – but other than that, it’s helpful!
If you want to get Emma Frost’s Reveal Medallion, you will have to kill her. Don’t worry, she appears in the Raft and can be found sitting on a chair in the main prison area.
It is up to you which medallion you think might be most helpful, such as You play Fortnitewith the caveat that each of them makes it easier for others to discover you. Good luck!
