You can purchase any piece of Power Armor from Giuseppe Della Ripa, the Expedition Merchant at Whitespring Resort.He lives next to Bubbles, the Nuka-Cola salesman, in the center of the complex on the second floor.
However, they are expensive. Each plan costs 120 stamps. There are two ways to get stamps: through scoreboard rewards or by completing Expedition challenges and missions.
