Fortnite fans say New Skin is a rip off of JoJo’s bizarre adventure

Recently, Fourteen days has grown into a wacky and eclectic ensemble of the best anime characters of all time Dragon Ball Z, Narutoand My hero academy crossovers. However, some fans are calling out the latest in battle royale original skin for not being original at all, but what they consider outrageous JoJo’s bizarre adventure tee.

Yesterday, the official Fourteen days The Twitter account made a post about his newest character skin, Hana. Hana sports a fashionably short chartreuse hairstyle while wearing an open-waisted blue suit with matching chartreuse patterns. Hana also has a ghoul-like “inner demon” outfit called Keleritas. If you have watched the Netflix anime JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone OceanYou wouldn’t carelessly think that I just wrote a word-for-word description of his titular character Jolyne Cujoh and her ghostly stand, stone free.

For those without JJBA brain rot, Jolyne Cujoh is the main character of JoJo’s bizarre adventures sixth part, Rocky Ocean. Jolyne uses a magical, ghostly being called Stand to aid her in battles. Rocky Ocean stopped streaming on Netflix last month despite poor promotion of the show online by the streaming service.

While some fans have been more charitable than others when calling out Fourteen days‘s new character took to Twitter for her uncanny resemblance to Jolyne, putting the character in the “Is this a reference from MF JoJo?” make memes and wishes for a future Fourteen days x JJBA Crossover, others saw it as one blatant rip off.

“You gotta love this legally distinct energy,” says one Reddit user Vera_Verse wrote on the subreddit r/TwoBestFriends.

“Great Value Jolyne,” wrote a Twitter user.

“Johnson’s Strange Journey,” wrote Another.

JJBA is no stranger to battle royale games or crazy crossovers. Before the release of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle RBandai Namco released a third-person battle royale action game called JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Last Standing in Japan as early as December 2019. More recently JJBA announced a collaboration with the fashion company Bradelis New York for a lingerie line by Jolyne Cujoh.
