note: After August 27, Fortunate Star will be unavailable until at least the 2025 solstice.
How to get Fortunate Star in 2024
You can get Lucky Star as a reward for completing the Campfire Festival Activity and receiving Solstice packs. If you participate in the event at all, you will basically see multiple drops for Fortunate Star and all older Solstice weapons.

Fortunate Star has some fun combos, including the Void-specific combination of Repulsor Brace and Destabilizing Rounds, but we’re opting for a more unique combo: Archer’s Tempo and Archer’s Gambit. These two perks combined drastically reduce your draw time, resulting in a super fun bow that fires very quickly if you’re accurate.

In PvP, bows are switchable weapons. The idea is to deal damage with Fortunate Star, quickly switch to another weapon like a kinetic hand cannon, and finish the target. For this reason, we want Fortunate Star to have good handling, good target acquisition, and a faster initial draw time.
