Genshin Impact continues to be a driving force in shaping TikTok trends. This time, an augmented reality (AR) filter of the clover pyrofigure has lifted off. The filter named “AR Klee‘ has been used more than 257,000 times in videos with simple TikToks showing the dancing figure with up to 6.4 million views.
The style of these videos is pretty simple: most of them joke about how weird it is to see a little girl dancing in a certain scenario. In the filter, Klee dances a little shuffle and can be inserted into a variety of real-world environments. The filter is often paired with a specific sound where a childlike voice sings to a remix of the electronic song, “astronomy‘ by Vicetone and Tony Igy. There are no lyrics, so the high-pitched voice sings the main melody while saying “deo deo deooooo.” For example, this video shows Klee dancing on the dashboard of a car.
The trend is so big that even mainstream celebrities have started embracing it. Canadian comedian and television personality Howie Mandel posted a video of her dancing with her.
in the Genshin Impact, Klee knows how to put on an appearance. The little kid is known to other characters as an expert at pyrotechnics and often gets into trouble with their hijinks. Now she’s allowed to bring a bit of her chaos to the internet.
Klee is not the first Genshin Impact Character to make it big in the video sharing app. moments from the game are quietly fueling tons of trends on TikTok that are seeping into the mainstream. An example includes a line of speech from a character named Scaramouche mocking another character who ultimately was used in more than 198,000 thousand tiktoks. And a video edit of the character Eula dances to Akon’s “Bananza” what viewed over 18.9 million times. And then there’s my favorite: Once a joke about genshin Characters love them New York Mets went viral on the app.
