Titan Arms’ new Point-Contact Cannon Brace comes from the daily changing Solo Sector Lost Sector.
Its Exotic perk is Hammer of the Gods, which restores melee energy to targets defeated by your Thunder Clap melee. Nearby enemies are struck by lightning while you charge Thunderbolt.
