Here’s how to watch Summer Game Fest, the biggest news event of 2023 so far

With E3 is out of the picture this yearThe Summer Game Fest and all of its satellite shows provide the stage for the annual Summer Video Games Show. Since not all of the presentations happening this week are taking place at the same location, it can be difficult to keep track of where to tune in. We are here to help you with that. Here’s a rundown of all the events currently scheduled for this summer’s video game world premiere, Palooza.

The Guerrilla Collective’s showcase begins Wednesday, June 7 at 12 p.m. Eastern Time / 9 a.m. Pacific Time. This indie-focused stream might not feature many blockbuster announcements, but it should feature a bunch of nice smaller games.

Summer Game Festival

Geoff Keighley’s Big Show Kickoff is Thursday, June 8 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern / 12:00 p.m. Pacific. This is where many of the biggest announcements will come, and you can probably expect something from almost every major gaming company, although Xbox has its own presentation later in the week.

Developer Day

Immediately afterwards, the first presentation of the Summer Game Fest will take place Developer Day. This show is put together by iam8bit and Double Fine and will spotlight upcoming indie games. Launch is scheduled for Thursday, June 8 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern / 3:00 p.m. Pacific.

Devolver Digital will be back with its typically bizarre showcase. Aside from showcasing the company’s upcoming games, Devolver tends to spend much of the show doing skits and other nonsense. So if you’re tired of self-seriousness on Thursday, June 8 at 6:00 p.m. EST / 3:00 p.m. Pacific time, this will likely be a palate cleanser.

Access Ability Summer Showcase

One of the new shows this year is the Access Ability Summer Showcase, which specifically highlights games that provide accessible options for people with disabilities and games created by developers with disabilities. It begins Friday, June 9 at 11 a.m. Eastern / 8 a.m. Pacific.

Tribeca Games Spotlight

On Friday, June 9th, that returns Tribeca Games Spotlight at 3:00 p.m. Eastern / noon Pacific. The show will feature “exclusive gameplay” and interviews with the games selected for Tribeca’s annual festival.

future of gaming is a showcase hosted by VTuber that puts the spotlight on smaller games. It airs Saturday, June 10 at 11 a.m. Eastern Time / 8 a.m. Pacific Time.

Healthy direct

The Healthy direct returns to start the day on Saturday, June 10 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Pacific. This show puts the spotlight on cozy games from different developers. So expect a lot of farming games, cute art styles, and some weird stuff in the mix.

Future Games Show Summer Showcase

The Future Games Show returns Saturday, June 10 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern / 10:00 a.m. Pacific. Featuring a range of games big and small, the show is hosted by actors Laura Bailey and Yuri Lowenthal.

OTK Games Expo

The OTK Games Expo will be following the Future Games Show on Saturday, June 10 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern / 11:00 a.m. Pacific, featuring OTK developers spotlighting upcoming games.

Xbox Game Showcase / starfield direct

Time for one of the greats. Microsoft’s special show begins Sunday, June 11 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time / 10:00 AM Pacific Time. This is where the Xbox maker will likely showcase most of its first-party offerings, as well as some third-party games coming to Xbox consoles. Immediately after the general screening, Bethesda will hold a presentation dedicated exclusively to this topic starfieldhis upcoming space RPG.

PC gaming show

The PC Gaming Show kicks off its two-hour presentation on Sunday, June 11 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern / 1:00 p.m. Pacific. The show will feature 15 “new” game announcements and will likely dive into some hardware talks for the true PC building fans among us.

Ubisoft Forward

The next Ubisoft Forward stream will premiere on Monday, June 12 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern / 10:00 a.m. Pacific. Expected games include: Assassin’s Creed Mirage And Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. Probably not Prince of Persia: Sands of Time However, a remake.

Capcom Showcase

Capcom will have its own presentation on Monday, June 12 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time / 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The show will last approximately 36 minutes and will highlight upcoming games and updates from the company. Fingers crossed for a look at some of them street fighter 6 DLC characters.

Xbox Games Showcase expanded

If one Xbox Showcase isn’t enough for you, Microsoft is hosting an expanded one on Tuesday, June 13 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time / 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The presentation will include interviews covering the games screened during the show on Sunday June 11th.

RGG Summit Summer

Do you feel like staying up late? Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, the team behind the yakuza / Like a dragon The series will host its own showcase on Thursday, June 15 at 11:00 p.m. Eastern / 8:00 p.m. Pacific. We don’t know much about what the studio plans to show, but we’ll likely find out more about it Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Cleared His Name And Like a dragon 8.
