How to get to the Nameless Village in Dragon’s Dogma 2

The Nameless village Is Dragon’s Dogma 2 City on the east side of the map. You need to visit it as part of the Nameless Village quest, where Captain Brant tasks you with investigating the Sovran’s background. But as you approach the road there, you will find that the path is blocked by a massive landslide.

After completing Captain Brant’s Monster Slaying quest, you can take on additional quests that focus on the intrigue in the palace. One of them comes when you ask Brant “Tell me about the fake Sovran.”

To reach the nameless village, you have to take a detour into the forest.

Head back to the nearby campfire and look to the right while facing the target. South of the road is a small ravine that passes through a lush forest covered in green moss.

The gorge is mostly straight as it runs around the l andslide. However, to make sure you’re going in the right direction, you can also head towards the banner marker on the minimap. On the main map this area is marked as Eastern forest

This is a visually beautiful route that’s easy to enjoy, but you’ll have to pass a few cloaked goblins, so keep your eyes peeled. Continue east and stay south of the path as marked on the map. After a short time you have to climb out of the gorge again, where the rock is sufficiently stepped. This will lead you back to the path, on the other side of the blockade.

The quest marker on the minimap has now become the yellow search area, but walking directly towards it will only take you to the water. So instead, continue east until you can follow the path around the Nameless Village. You know you’re in the right place when an NPC warns you.

The good news is that the blockage on the path will be automatically cleared once you complete the quest here, so you don’t have to return through the East Forest. You can simply take the designated route back and forth.

Now that you have reached the nameless village, there is still some work ahead of you. When you reach the big house at the top of the hill you will meet a man who Expectations be the master thief. It gives you a mastery ability, but doesn’t help you with your investigation.

Head back outside and head northwest a bit. There you will find a ladder that leads into a hole in the ground.

Underground you have to solve a few platforming puzzles – basically just running and jumping over seesaws. At the other end you will meet the real Thiefmaster, Srail. He gives you another master ability and then tells you everything you need to know about the False Sovran. Take it back to Brant to complete the Nameless Village quest.
