The Character Creator for Dragon’s Dogma 2 arrives two weeks before the full game, giving you plenty of time to design a humanoid punching bag for the game’s endless litany of fantasy dangers.
This demo – available at PlayStationXbox and steam – is a standalone app, but it will export your creations to the full game when it launches on March 22nd.
Our Dragon’s Dogma 2 The guide explains how the character creator works and how to import your character and figures into the full game.
How to create a character in Dragon’s Dogma 2 Character Creator
The character creator allows you to create a total of 10 characters – five Arisen (the character you play as) and five main characters (your primary companion). You’re free to go back in and play around with these 10 characters as much as you like.
You can choose everything about your Arisen and main spawn, from race to body shape and facial features to voice and class (or profession, as it’s called in the game). It’s not clear from the demo whether your character’s body weight affects his carrying capacity, but it’s probably a safe bet.
For Dragon’s Dogma 2you can choose both the race of your Awakened and your main farmer from both baselines human
You can also choose one vocation for each of the four available:
- sword and shield fighter
- Ranged combat Archer
- Apply spells magician (who also act as healers)
- Agile Thief
For your character, you can also choose her (starting) personality – hers Tilt — also from a list of four:
- Support oriented kind-hearted
- Defense oriented quiet
- Exploration trend simply
- Aggressive simply
Your pawn’s inclination determines how it behaves, e.g. B. when he heals a downed ally or concentrates on direct combat.
Here’s how to import your Awakened and main spawn from the Dragon’s Dogma 2 Character Creator into the full game
When the full game starts and you use the character creator, the appropriate option should appear use existing data and this will import the character you created (and saved) during this demo. You can only import one of each type into the full version.
The character creator is currently warning about this You can only import one main pawn into the full game. Crafting an Arisen does not trigger the same warning. It’s unclear whether this means you’re only allowed to import one pre-built farming period or just one per save file into the full version.
