How to unlock the true ending

Dragon’s Dogma 2 has multiple endings. Most players will see it when they hit a Final boss; Another one is a bit hidden and you may not be able to find it organically. If you miss this true ending

, not only will you not see the proper conclusion to the story, but you won’t get a chance to see any significant portion of the game either. If you’re worried about getting the wrong ending, here’s how to unlock the final section of the game. Although we avoid spoilers as much as possible, some details require specific descriptions. So proceed at your own risk.

The diverging point in Dragon’s Dogma 2 is during the quest Legacy. In it you have the choice to fight a dragon or take a different path. To reach the true ending, you must choose to face the dragon, but that is not enough to achieve the game’s proper conclusion.
