And just like that, it’s kind of been a whole year since the last one Great games ready quickly. The speed running event, which is taking place for the 13th time, begins today. Relax after a terrible 2021 and enjoy some fun, impressive and wild speed runs over the next week. It may be the best start to 2022. And all for charity too!
The week-long speed running marathon started earlier today. and as last year, all donations go to the Cancer prevention foundation. As always, viewers can donate, for example, to bid on the difficulty levels players need to speed up their games, as well as to select character names and other game decisions that may come up.
You can watch the AGDQ livestream from the event official website and it will too streamed on Twitch. If you don’t want to watch the whole thing or don’t have the time, you can check out the full AGDQ 2022 online schedule and allow some time to watch certain runs. I always like to watch speed runners play brand new games and see how quickly the community has broken up a game since it was released. Plus, Deathloop seems like a fun game for speedrun.
