Iron Danger – Update

danger, Iron, update

In Iron Danger he enters a country on the brink of a major war, a world where cities are about to explode and attack each other to gain power. But what power? This one has pieces, magical items that allow you to control a large number of abilities. For example, with the piece of fire you get at the beginning you can unlock fireballs, a skill that will quickly become one of the most useful items in your adventure. However, make sure that you choose your attack well, the force of holding takes longer, which can completely affect the course of the battle. But going at great speed, let's start at the beginning …

Hazard of Steel

The adventure begins and you are in control of Kipuna, a young woman who quickly makes it clear that she is the defender of the story. However, his life changes to a downward spiral when the cruel natives of Northland invade his city and are forced to flee. The escape sequence is a learning of basic controls, your best allies in this adventure and Topi, who can be considered your best friend. Topi is a character very similar to a regular tank: it is very high and can hit hard. So it guides you as you escape the siege and face the Northlanders. As you pass through the center of the city, a piece of land falls under Kipuna's feet and falls into a tunnel, where a mysterious heater stabs him in the chest as he falls. It is then introduced to Aurolith, a mysterious spirit that explains that this is not the end of your story and goes back in time to prevent the ground from falling and continuing your journey. However, the important thing has not been abandoned in the past, for now that Kipuna has a clip tied to his chest. Anyway, they both can go on and find their way to the ship they sail to the big city, Kalevala. This is where the other pieces are searched.

Iron Danger is a game plan made by a different time mechanic that completely changes the way the game takes place. Combine the depth of a turn-based strategy with the exciting action of a real-time strategy. Now death is not the end or point of your return, you can take back 15 beats (5 seconds), test your system again, and try again. Iron Danger Fight is its most prominent feature, and it helps the experience to shine on your own.

Most of the time you will need to control two characters, each with your own skills and abilities that you can use in different ways. The timeline below the interface will be important to you in this adventure. By completely controlling the two characters, you can fine-tune each fight, using your favorite elements, for example, you can make Topi relax and change his skills while Kipuna launches a "burning weapon", allowing him to do more damage, or use "attack" attacks, which will pull back nearby enemies to get a chance to go back and recover. However, from the beginning you will need to know that you have no medicinal value, so be careful and collect as many berries and mushrooms as possible so that they can give you that extra little push.

Also shown is that Iron Danger knows how to give different touch ups and skill upgrades. Gone are the days when you grind for a few minutes to boost your ammunition and make sure you are strong enough to fight certain battles. In this article everything is focused in a different way, so you'll get the experience as you go along with the story, everything goes over time, though most of all it will be as you complete the journey and the main chapter. Each time you reach the highest level, you will be able to develop a certain ability for one of your characters (the one you choose) and you will receive the average bonuses you can expect when you reach the top. Each development is completely separate and describes in detail how that boost will affect the ability. This approach makes the game more complicated, but also not so much, you can win it without any problems without spending hours killing enemies.

It is clear that the game is not perfect, but it must be said that Action squad Studios makes good use of its ideas. However, you have to consider the general difficulty of fighting, because initially a time-based mechanic is chaotic and has us all around trying to figure out what is the best thing we can do to win the level. It is clear that this could be a simple user error and a poor planning display, but we thought that if it was explained better everything would go faster. However, none of this stopped us from enjoying the game, we just needed more time than necessary to really understand how to manage the timeline. Also, the difficulty varied greatly from one point to the point, yes, there were boss battles, standard enemies, and mid-level combat, but sometimes we weren't ready to fight and we had to try different strategies to eliminate the ambassador. In the end, without going into too much detail to avoid spoilers, the end of the game is over and leaves several unanswered questions, but that we've already left you to find out.

Overall, our time at Iron Danger was very good and the timing was very convincing, but at first we didn't get the point. Communication with the world allows a bit of ingenuity in fighting large groups of enemies, and the whole pace has made the adventure fun and entertaining from start to finish. Some small problems may be preventing them from reaching their true potential, but these are details that we can overlook when we see it in its entirety. We have fun, spend hours and recommend it without hesitation to everyone, both of whom have ever played the same games completely new to the genre.
