Armello Developer League of Geeks—who are already working on one hell of a strategy game hell alone— announced today a second project, called Jumplight Odysseythat might be of interest to anyone who enjoys management games, spaceships and/or old anime.
Here’s the game’s story trailer, which pays loving homage to classics like Star Blazers/Starship Yamato, macrosold gundam and even some Odysseus 31:
It’s very cool but also shows absolutely no gameplay so you need gifs like this one:

Relieve your holiday stress
Vida Optima’s Delta 8 line includes gummies, caramels and fruit chews to kick back and relax. The gums and fruit gums in particular have a higher strength – 25mg of hemp-derived THC in each vegan bite.
As you can see, the game places a heavy emphasis on building management, as you are responsible for pretty much every aspect of the crew’s life on board. It is a grid-based construction system, research items and resource budgeting will be familiar to people who played it all out leisure Park
However, it also relies heavily on social stuff, as you’ll essentially be commanding a ship full of Sims:
– As the captain, you are responsible for looking after the human needs of everyone on your ship. Everything from socializing, sleeping, eating to water and air. WLAN is not included in this hierarchy of needs.
– An adorable and charming spaceship dollhouse experience filled with a living crew going about their lives; eat, sleep, work and survive. Your crew interacts with each other as brothers, sisters, lovers, friends, and rivals. Hopefully a little less of the latter, but we’re not making any promises.
– Moods and ideas are contagious. Emerging relationships and incidents have a direct impact on the crew in this floating melodrama. Keep your crew’s hopes high or face the consequences!
Jumplight Odyssey coming to Steam sometime in 2023.
