Koei Tecmo announced A suspect is being charged with the Kanagawa police station for allegedly selling one unlicensed DVD filled with bare skin Dead or alive Character.
According to the game manufacturer, the suspect is said to have recorded images of characters Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation that had been modified illegally.
The footage was compiled onto a DVD and then sold through an online auction site. Koei Tecmo claims this is a violation of its copyright law and is seeking damages in a civil lawsuit.
This is not a first for Koei Tecmo. Already in 2002The company won a lawsuit over Kasumi bare skin for Dead or Alive 2who declared the mod to be copyright infringement.
