Dating sims are usually filled with small, hot songs locally, but the new take on sims from Canada's Indie Bloom Digital Media studio takes a different approach. Recent Dashboards, which should to be released to Steam and Nintendo Switch on April 16, the star who is the oldest employee to join the retirement home.
The retired community is full of citizens, and players can fancy eyes – and fall in love with a lucky pick – from eight different actors. The story seeks to look at the struggles of older people who fall in love, but there are other retirement options for players to choose from and meet potential lovers, including morning yoga and playing cards.
Of course, since this sim has an older star than most, most of the potential partners have their own lives and problems to deal with. Some of them – possibly including the protagonist – have lost partners in the past. Some are facing problems now that the player can help with. Or, if the player likes, he can go for something light and light.
Recent Dashboards the first three chapters will be included on April 16; the whole game will arrive the next day.
