One of the best games of 2024 so far is Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, which continues the adventures of Ichiban Kasuga, everyone’s lovable dingbat. If you haven’t played this game yet, now is a good time to at least add it to your games library for a lot less than you normally would. Normally it costs $69.99 for Xbox Series $39.99.
We’re not entirely sure as to the reason for this sudden sellout (the game only came out a month ago), but we’re not complaining. In case this is your first Like a dragon You may or may not already know that this is the continuation of the Yakuza series under a different name and with turn-based combat instead of real-time combat. However, it continues several franchise traditions, such as the ability to partake in reaction-based (and highly melodramatic) karaoke in bars and full versions of classic Sega games in the arcade. Also, the game has many games of its own, like a dating simulator and that Animal Crossing-like Dondoku Island.
Infinite wealth also features a compelling story with satisfying combat (and expertly localized text that often makes me giggle enthusiastically). You should pick it up at this discounted price.
