Little Caesars has teamed up with the upcoming Batman movie to create the pizza treat with the greatest justice of them all: The Batman Calzony. Delicious pizza treats might seem a little more Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles than Batman, but hey, a bat gotta eat too.
In case you don’t know the Little Caesars menu item, a calzony is a combination of a pizza and a calzone. What makes this Batman theme special? Well… it’s shaped like a bat (sort of???). for justice. And the aesthetics. The calzone crust stuffed with garlic sauce, cheese and pepperoni is paired with a pepperoni pizza and is available today at participating restaurants for $7.99. A small price for justice.
The Batman Calzony comes out before Matt Reeves The Batman, which hits theaters on March 4th. In the new DC film – separate from the DC Extended Universe version of Batman, played by Ben Affleck – plays Robert Pattinson (dusk, The lighthouse) takes on the cloak and takes to the skies of Gotham. He takes on the Riddler (Paul Dano) and crosses paths with Catwoman (Zoë Kravitz). The film will be almost three hours long – not something you want to go through on an empty stomach, but if you’re looking for meals to go with the film, the cheese, fat and carbs of a Batman Calzony will definitely keep you going for the ones Duration fed up.
