Netflix, the streaming service responsible for episodic masterpieces like Sell sunset and Too hot to handle, is looking for a new report in The information
Citing “people familiar with the situation” The informationThe report states that Netflix has approached various executives with industry experience over the past few weeks. The company’s long-term plans for getting into gambling aren’t set in stone, though the report notes that Netflix-developed games are reportedly not advertised.
Th is wouldn’t be Netflix’s first foray into video games. Last year the company released a tactical game based on Dark tactics
Netflix also hired former Activision Blizzard CFO Spencer Neumann in 2018 a lawsuit submitted by the game company late last year.
“Our members appreciate the variety and quality of our content,” said a Netflix spokesman. “We’re excited to do more with interactive entertainment.”
It’s not clear what plans Netflix has for this as-yet-hired executive. As an insider said The information, “Strategy TBD.”
So … that means the door is not closed over to an RPG to become a fashion marketing genius in Paris while also juggling various highly dramatic romances? Law? Hello? Someone?
