It wasn’t the greatest of Mass Effect 3’s Missteps, so you’ll be forgiven for forgetting everything, but BioWare’s trilogy got us all dirty when it spent 2.9 games solving the mystery of what Tali the Quarian looked like just to reveal it …She looked like a sexy man’s art
The fact that Tali, the only quarian we’ve ever seen without a mask, ended up being basically a white-eyed human (above) Mass Effect 3 was a crushing disappointment for fans who had got used to being able to do more “romance” extraterrestrial Aliens. It was just weird too … why would someone who wears a mask and helmet 99.99% of the time interfere / tolerate the growth of long hair?
However, with the chance of changing things with that Mass Effect Legendary Edition Remasters, Bioware, did just that, replacing the infamous stock image with a little less “Getty”.
Tali is still very human – which is sure to annoy some Mass effect

(For what it’s worth I still really like this early idea from Matt Rhodes, one of the artists who worked on the original games).
