For a while, on a media tour of a little-known film called Rogue One, actor Diego Luna expressed a wish. Forbidden desire. Since then, he has not known peace.
Recently, Diego Luna appeared Today's show with an awesome catch machine by Jimmy Fallon to promote Narcos: Mexico, but of course Fallon wanted to talk star Wars. As Luna starred in Cassian Andor-centric prequel to Rogue One, there are many on but there is nothing he can talk about. So, most of the interviews are jokes and various dances that, no, Luna won't say anything. Fallon even gets to ask about the rumored production name for the project, The White Snake, it seems that Luna is also invisible.
But Luna tells a story. The drama, of course, is the struggles that come with revealing unsafe truths. Facts like: Jabba the Hutt. Of course it would be nice to touch him, yes? He carries some exciting things for that crowd that can be drawn by his heap. Luna explains that, when she visits movies she has heavy looters like Rogue One
It is decision, Luna says, that she regrets. Because now no one will leave him alone about Jabba the Hutt. Fallon plays clips of Luna being pressured to talk about Jabba in many interviews, and explains that she now has a ton of Jabba memorabilia, and that people continue to show the view – that you have now moved away from wanting to know Jabba, to the eyes of the world, wholly in love with Jabba the Hutt.
Not that there is anything wrong with that. But let the world: Diego Luna is not in love with Jabba the Hutt. She just … just wants to touch him. And that is permissible.
