The title of the game kinda summarizes it, actually. Super Bernie The Earth is a free, rader platformer where "Run and train your 11 enemies and the District of Columbia like Bernie and free the USA from attacks by four Republicans in their own apartments".
Super Mario World, of course, only with MAGA hat Goombas and Koopa Troopas looking like Mitch McConnell. That's fine.
