Gym Leader Bea from Pokémon Sword and Shield appears in the most recent episode Pokémon: Wilight Wings anime. Notice anything different about the animated nature of the character?

Like the Japanese site Hachima Kikou expresses, here is how Bea appears in a new part of Twilight Wings:
As noted Hachima Kikou, there were international fans claiming that the character was well-groomed in the anime, writing such things as, "Ah, god of the whites. Bea." In Japan, some wondered if the human skin looked different due to the light and sunshine way episode they were drowned.
It was the same thing pointed that the original character's name is Saitou, the last common Japanese name. As marked Hachima Kikou, there have been claims online in Japan that maybe this character is just as smiling as Japan gyaru in an attempt to explain contrast and wrap up to date.
