Heatran is back Pokémon GoWe attack five until February 4 at 4 p.m. ET
Fire and Steel Myth is a good firefighter, but it is produced by the most common fire types, such as Moltres or Chandelure.
For the first time, Shiny Heatran has a chance to appear after the war ends. You can see the difference between the standard variant and Shiny below.
To hold your own Heatrean, use combat-, ground-, or water-type moves. It actually has a double weakness in the travel of the world, so that's your best bet. We recommend the following:
- Groudon via Mud Shot and Earth
- Very good by Mud Slap and Drill Run
- Swampert via Mud Shot and Earth
- Golurk with Mud Slap and Earth Power
If you are lucky enough to have one Garchomp, set one up with Mud Shot and Earthquake and definitely use that.
After grabbing your Heatran, set it up Fire Cone and Flamethrower maximizing its DPS capabilities in attack and gym.
