Pokémon Go Spelunker’s Cove Event and Timed Research Tasks

Pokemon Go is hosting a Water and Rock type Pokémon event called “Caver Bay” at the same time as Pokémon Go Fest: Madrid. The event runs from 15 to 18 June and increases the spawn rates of the above Pokémon types.

During the event period, the amount of all Candy obtained by catching Pokémon will be doubled. Crab caterpillar is also making its shiny debut, so if you’re super lucky, you might be able to see a shiny example.
