Pokémon squishmallows are technically available, but sadly, due to their popularity, many of these softies are running for the tall grass. Currently, the only Pokémon Squishmallow in stock (and not increased in price) is the 14-inch Pikachu, available at best buy And Amazon.
In addition to Pikachu, Jazwares and the Pokémon Company have released Gengar, Snorlax, and Togepi Squishmallows, with more coming later this year. Stay tuned for Piplup, Teddiursa, and Clefairy news.
Where can you buy Pikachu squishmallows?
We recommend looking for a Pikachu squishmallow best buy or Amazon. Both retailers are currently offering the 14-inch Pikachu at a reasonable price of $29.99. Other places that typically stock the store-exclusive 12-inch version, such as the Pokémon Center, sold out quickly.
Where to buy Gengar squishmallows?
There are many store listings for the grinning, spooky Pokemon, but most of these sell out or charge more than the Squishmallow normally costs. You may be able to find the 14-inch Gengar at Best Buy stores, though $29.99.
Where to buy Relaxo and Togepi squishmallows
Unsurprisingly, Snorlax and Togepi launched and sold out shortly thereafter. Hopefully the stock situation improves so you can easily get one. However, you can pay more than the normal price for the 10-inch version either one at Showcase for $39.99 each.
If you absolutely must take it home today, you might find some third-party deals on Walmart, or eBay, but these tend to vary quite a bit in terms of price and availability. We don’t recommend going this route unless you run out of other options.
For those looking to do some extra work, resources are available that will provide notifications when these valuable commodities are restocked. For this we recommend the following Squish Collection on Twitter providing updates on backorders for Squishmallows.
Alternatively, many other oversized plush Pokémon are currently in stock at Target and GameStop. While these aren’t official Squishmallow branded products, they’re almost as cute.
