Where can I find the Lightning perfume bottle?
You can find the Lightning Perfume Vial in the Cerulean Coast region. Begin your quest for this weapon by fast traveling to the Cerulean Coast Site of Grace.
From your starting point at the Site of Grace, turn around and head northeast. You will pass through a wooded area and cross a body of water ahead of you. In this area, you will see another body of water with a lightning ram rolling around in circles.
Defeat or ignore the Lightning Ram, then look on the right side of the body of water for a corpse with an item on it. As you might suspect, this item is the Lightning Perfume Bottle.
