Should you sell valuables in Dragon Age: The Veilguard?
In summary, Yes, you should sell your valuables Dragon Age: The Veil Guardian. For every asset you sell, you get gold, and there is no other use for it. You cannot sell equipment or crafting materials. So don’t worry about accidentally selling something important.
So the question is not whether you should sell your valuables, but rather WHO to whom you should sell your valuables. Where can you sell valuables in Dragon Age: The Veilguard?
You can sell valuables to merchants of any faction. Faction traders are identified by the armor-like icon (see screenshot above) and each faction’s trader is located near the starting area in each of the following regions:
- Gray Wardens: In the Hossberg wetlands
- Shadow Dragon: In Dock Town
- Antivan crows: In Treviso
- Veil sweater: In Arlathan Forest
- Lords of Fortune: In the Hall of Valor
- Funeral vigil: In the necropolis halls
However, keep in mind that your decision to help Minrathous or Treviso will affect which merchants you can sell valuables to.
If you choose to save Minrathous, you will no longer have access to the Antivan Crows merchant. On the other hand, if you choose to save Treviso, you will no longer have access to the Shadow Dragons merchant. No matter what city you are in not When saving, the faction strength is lost by 250.
With this in mind, before committing to saving either Minrathous or Treviso, you should sell as many valuables as possible to the Shadow Dragons or Antivan Crows merchant respectively. This allows you to offset the damage you take with your faction’s strength.
