“I started developing my costume much later than usual this year, but I’m very happy with how it turned out,” says Shafrir wrote on Instagram. “I think I really morphed into the general concept of Sonic running through the streets of San Francisco.”
The costume is relevant right now because Sonic X Shadow Generations was released today and City Escape is one of the levels in Sonic’s campaign. But even if it wasn’t contemporary, most of them were sound Fans could watch it any time of the year. The signature song of the level, the pop-punk track “Escape from the City” is one of the most famous in sound History, even haters must pay their respects.
