Super Mario 64 Plus is a modified version of the PC port from Super mario 64which takes over the original and adds a lot of things like 60 FPS, bug fixes, a lot of options in the game and most importantly the ability to continue the level after getting a star.

Don’t think of it as something else entirely Mario 64So just a friendlier version of the original, just for a more civilized age. And while the new features are welcome, the extensive options are what are most interesting, as you can mess up pretty much everything in the game yourself, from Mario’s jumping abilities to camera sensitivity to graphics settings.
