Surprise, Fallout: London is out tomorrow

If you are interested in the ambitious Fallout: London mod, then I have good news for you – it’s here tomorrow. The mod, which tells a completely original story set across the pond, has been in development since 2019 and has gone through a lot of testing ups and downs. Fortunately, the wait to see what the developers at Team FOLON have accomplished is almost over.

We knew that a release date for the massive Fallout4 Mod was on the horizon. Just last week, on July 18, Team FOLON announced in its official Discord that the game has been greenlit by online store GOG and is back in the hands of the developers, with FOLON calling this the final phase. However, the team wanted to keep fans’ expectations in check and clarified that this is not a release date.

Cut to today (24 July), when a cryptic message out of Fallout: London‘s project manager, Dean Carter, hinted that the release date could come sooner than expected. The message tagged everyone in the Discord channel and linked to an original song from the game’s soundtrack titled “I just can’t wait (for tomorrow)

“ along with the comment “Take care and remember. Mind the gap.” Again, this was not an official announcement, but fans quickly concluded that the mod would be released the next day. Carter finally confirmed Turning back the Yes, Fallout: London will be released tomorrow, “unless there is a nuclear war.”

With Fallout: London is finally released, it will mark the end of a five-year project. The mod is actually a game in its own right; its new title setting was developed from scratch by the developers at FOLON and it features unique quests, voiced characters (including the talent of a former British Speaker of the House of Representatives

,) Original music and more. Only this year the fate of the mod was called into question when Bethesda suddenly released a Next generation update To Fallout4 at the same time as the Amazon series. Team FOLON announced that the update will probably completely broken Fallout: Londonand so the team had to postpone the project, which was originally scheduled to be released on April 23, indefinitely. While we now have a Fallout: London Release date, players must have their copy of Fallout4 to a version prior to the next-gen update.
