The British Academy Games Awards it was announced today, and two different games each broke a long record. Both Control and Surprising Death nominated in 11 categories each, which is an additional 16 year award history. Other nominees filed Disco Elysium, which had seven nominations, too Goose's game with no title, which recently hosted the annual home game honored at the 2020 DICE Awards.
The awards are presented annually by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), also known as the BAFTA Game Awards. Some of the most active topics include Call of Duty: Modern Wars
This year's stable includes four categories of new prizes, including photos and technical achievements. BAFTA members have also chosen to nominate players for the first time, in terms of leading role and supporting role. Norman Reedus gets a head start for his role as Sam in Surprising Death, and Martti Suosalo has also been recognized for his work as Ahti the Janitor as a spy on Control.
