Person 5 Royal, persona 4 goldsand Persona 3 wearable all come to steam, Atlus confirmed this on Monday. The games are also making their way to the PlayStation, but in a slightly more complicated way. Person 5 Royal will come to PlayStation 5 while the other two games are said to be coming to PlayStation 4 Atlus website

There is no mention of the Persona games coming to Nintendo Switch. The latest entry in the parent series of Persona, Shin Megami Tensei 5, is exclusive to Nintendo Switch and individual 5 Protagonist Joker appeared as a DLC fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. When the Persona titles finally come to the Switch, it’s possible that Nintendo could reveal some ports in its next, undated Nintendo Direct.
Person 5 Royal coming to Xbox and Game Pass on October 21st Persona 3 wearable and Persona 4 Gold sometime in 2023. Atlus hasn’t announced a release window for the PlayStation 5 and Steam versions of these games, and it’s currently unclear if Person 5 Royal will be released this October first on Xbox or on all three platforms simultaneously.
