Sega's Panzer Dragoon series returns as "VR Shooter" entitled Panzer Dragoon Voyage Record, a Wildman engineer announced Tuesday. It's not a new chapter in the Franchise, though; will allow players to remember the original episodes Panzer Dragoon, Panzer Dragoon 2 Zwei, again Panzer Dragoon Saga.
Tokyo-based Wildman it is improving Panzer Dragoon Voyage Record, and plans to release a platform game of undisclosed fact in March 2021. Wildman calls Voyage Record A "totally new job" to be played in the first-person view made for VR headsets. Players will use a VR controller that acts as a handgun on the rider.
Developer of Panzer Dragoon Voyage Record previously worked on an article inspired by the Panzer Dragoon franchise called Dragoon gun. That game also had a VR theme, and was played at a BitSummit indie game festival in Japan. Dragoon gun isolating them by adding a Panasonic Joba, an exercise tool designed for horse riding to improve intermediate strength
Sega also licensed the Panzer Dragoon development brand Forever Entertainment, which works on used versions of the first two games on the franchise. Original Panzer Dragoon and its sequences were released on Sega Saturn in 1995 and 1996, respectively. Sega released Saturn's follow-up (Panzer Dragoon SagaGame, Game Gear (Panzer Dragoon Mini), and Xbox (Panzer Dragoon Orta) in the following years. Panzer Dragoon series co-ordinator Yukio Futatsugi has released his spiritual successor, Crimson Dragon, for the Xbox One in 2013.
