It also reportedly gives players insight into possible DLC for Spider Man 2. People have discovered a menu that displays chapters for new missions that appear to feature Spider-Man’s long-time nemesis, the Beetle. These details were previously captured and suggested that the beetle may be the version of Janice Lincoln, the daughter of Tombstone, who made her Marvel Comics debut in 2010.

The gaffe is an unfortunate oversight in an otherwise major and long-awaited update for fans of Insomniac’s Spider-Man games. It’s also more bad news for the PlayStation-owned studio, which has recently been hit by layoffs due to cuts at Sony Interactive Entertainment and was the victim of a major data breach in December that had a devastating impact on employees and ruined the studio’s future plans .
For player content to return to Marvel’s Spider-Man 2Despite the great power of a developer-only debug menu, there’s a lot to chew on in the latest update. You can read Insomniac’s full patch notes can be found on the studio’s website.
