Fallout 76Bethesda’s MMORPG, which takes place in the Stand out Universe, is now probably more popular than ever thanks to Amazon’s new TV series. So it makes sense that Bethesda executive producer Todd Howard was asked in a recent interview Fallout 76 And Cross play. And while the possibility for PC and console players to mix seems rather unrealistic, Howard at least seemed more positive about cross-progression.
Since the introduction of the Stand out TV show earlier this month, all of the Stand out Games are enjoying an explosion in popularity
In the April 29 episode The Gamecast from Kinda Funny, Howard talked about it Stand out Franchise and the future of crossplay in Fallout 76.
“We’re continuing to investigate, but [Fallout 76
When asked about cross-play or cross-progression, he expressed Bethesda’s opinion on the existing features Become standard in 2024.
“This is what I would say: for us, cross-progression is more important than cross-play – and we actually separate them – we would obviously like to have it all. It’s something we’re looking at, but I will say it’s entirely true [Fallout 76] Planned from the start – a technical elevator. We’re not saying we’re going to do something or don’t do something, we’re just looking at it and seeing what impact it’s going to have on people.”
He continued: “I think it’s very important for the future that we want to move into and that we’ll be very, very careful about it in our future games – especially.” The Progress: When you record a game, “No matter what screen you’re on, you can just carry on with your character and what you were doing.”
Funnily enough, Howard suggested that if employees are upset about something in their games – like no crossplay – they should be given a higher priority and fix the problem.
“If we can’t pick it up and [make progression,] it internally moves it up the stack.”
So we just need some people at Bethesda to be angry with Fallout 76I guess it’s the lack of cross-saves!
