Okay, I have about 40 minutes until my next next meeting so let's make this quick.
I LOVE ANIMALS. In fact, I love the & # 39; grig & # 39; em. And when I get bored or depressed or angry or sad, I eat vegetables. Very much! Sometimes I eat very light meals and hate myself the next day. But usually I just do my best to get rid of it.
But lately, there has been little opportunity to exercise more. Having spent about 10-12 hours a day working from home in a building with a lipstick gym (not to mention the weather has always been shorter), I've been struggling harder than ever.
You see, physical activity is often my copying process for anxiety. But since that is no longer a viable option, at least not every day, I've had songs. In case you do too, allow me to release my hacking secrets.
Popcorners
Of the unhealthy variety, Popcorners is my guilty pleasure. I love these guys, especially the Sweet Chili flavor, which is an example of my all-time favorite flavor: candy … and spice.
Other references include Jalepeño Cheddar, White Cheddar, and the only base available when I was dropped off by Wegmans earlier this week at grocery stores: Spice Queso, which I now have two Big Family bags to release in the next few weeks.
Fun fact: Each time my future mother-in-law arrives (I collaborate with her btw, not just call her & # 39; because I hold it), she brings at least one big bag of Popcorners. The next day, they are gone. You can never guess why.
peanut butter and “Jelly” and Crackers
While I recently limited myself to renting these once a week, it would be an incomplete list without some simple DIY food, peanut butter and jelly and robbers.
This problem, which is high in protein but also sugary, unfortunately – to me – contains standard buttermilk (I like to save $ $ $ where I can), and more recently, Bonne Maman plum preserves. So I think that in terms of peanut butter and preserves and crackers, but that doesn't sound the same.
Whole Grain Goldfish Crackers
Another healthy faux option on this list, this cereal-filled box of Goldfish reminds me of childhood. Don't ask me why, because I've never stopped eating. But when I saw these bad boys sitting, hopefully, on a store shelf earlier this week, I had to deal.
Love them & # 39; or hate & # 39; em, they still taste the taste of Goldfish, which means you'll have to brush your teeth immediately after eating a few. I don't know what these things are made of but they sure do get caught in your molars, right?
Anyway, I have to read the nutrition label sometime. Just after eating one last fish.
Icelandic Skyr
Last year, on a weekend when there was nothing better to do, my colleagues and I were flown out to Brooklyn Cider House for their Tres of Iceland celebration. That's where I found it Skyr
Similar to Greek yogurt, Skyr is a unique milk product with a unique THICC content. It's a little sour, a little sweet, and very sweet. Now, to be frank, the Icelandic dessert Skyr is different from the things you can buy on the shelf here at courses. It is usually offered with the right amount of fruit and jam on top.
Personally, with the Skyr purchased in the store, I like to mix with the pomegranate arils for a juicier twist. Still, it tasted good in itself, too. When it comes to yogurt, it's one of the more expensive options but, to me, it's worth the premium.
Icelandic flavor offers are available:
Natural Valley Coconut Biscuits
Heaven. In. For me. The mouth. Let me preface this by saying, yes, the Nature Valley Biscut with Coconut Butter there is 190 calories each. I'm not going through any kind of thinking that will try to make sure you're healthy. On the other hand, they are delicious, how about their delicious coconut-filled cream made between two coconut biscuits.
Maybe I like coconut.
