The first Sailor Moon movie in over two decades will hit Netflix this summer. Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal: The Movie Part 1 and Part 2 debuted in Japan earlier this year. Both films are a sequel to the 2014 anime restart, based on the original manga by Naoko Takeuchi. With the June 3rd release on the horizon, Netflix released the first full trailer for the double feature on Wednesday evening.
The film shows how Usagi and the rest of her friends reunite after a while to save the world from evil forces. The official recap from Netflix is as follows:
