Troy Baker, the voice behind Joel from The last of us and a host of other video game characters from the past two decades has officially added a new leading role to his filmography. After finally unveiling the long-awaited Indiana Jones and the Great Circle At the Xbox Developer DirectMachineGames announced that Baker will be doing his best Harrison Ford impression when the game launches for PC and Xbox Series X/S later this year.
In a statement to Weekly entertainmentCo-founder of MachineGames and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Lead game designer praised Baker’s performance, saying, “He really brings out that charm and sense of humor in such a good way.” He’s also a very tall one Indiana Jones Fan, which is super cool. That’s why he’s very invested in the game.”

After two years of teasing, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle coming to PC and Xbox Series X/S later this year. It will also be available on Game Pass at launch. Although the game is exclusive to Xbox and PC, it was was revealed last year during Xbox’s lawsuit against the FTC that the game was originally intended to be released on other platforms prior to Microsoft’s acquisition of Bethesda.
