As you explore Author 3Of your country, you will meet Areas of power. These magical stones temporarily increase the size of Geralt Symptoms. You will also receive i The area of skills first visit each Power Area.
To use the power area, approach the glittering stone and press the prepared button. Pressing it briefly will get your Sign buff, but you'll have to hold it for a few seconds to collect your Ability Point on your first visit.

Free city Novigrad is the third region to explore Author 3. When Power Zones are marked as signs of interest quests (and all the interesting ones far in the region), you'll have what you want to do to reach them.
