Apex Legends has “a ton” of Titanfall content on the way.
Fan-favorite Battle Royale lead writer Ashley Reed teased that developer Respawn was working “to integrate Titanfall” into upcoming content, and reminded us that Titanfall, of which Apex Legend is a derivative, is “a very important part of the universe ”.
Speaking on a panel BrownGirlGamerCode, Chad Grenier, Apex Game Director, added that Titanfall fans should “wait” for season 9, promising that “a ton of Titanfall [está] returning to the game ”.
“Next season, season 9, you’ll actually see a ton of Titanfall coming back to the game, one way or another,” Grenier said (via: Dexter). “I’ve already told a few people that if you’re a Titanfall fan, look forward to season 9 because there will be some really cool stuff there.”
Apex Legends players recently reported that Horizon’s abilities are not working as expected and are breaking through Wattson’s defensive towers.
Players claimed that Horizon’s tactical ability and ultimate ability, sucking players into a tornado or black hole respectively, were breaking through Watton’s defensive pylons, which should stop all incoming enemy shots and abilities.
An Apex Legends player showed off the feat by putting Horizon’s two abilities to the test in the practice area of the shooting range. The player drops Wattson’s Ultimate Ability Pylon, which is meant to stop all incoming shots and abilities, to the ground before switching to Horizon. They then use Horizon’s ultimate and tactical ability in close proximity to Wattson’s pylon, proving that the pylon isn’t stopping them the way it should.
Respawn has so far not responded to the issue or detailed how or when it might be fixed.
