Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Yule Festival is scheduled to go live later today in Ravensthorpe.
That’s right, starting on December 17, the Festival of the Christmas Season is part of the first seasonal update coming to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Your Settlement celebrations include archery competitions, drunken fights and more, in which you’ll earn Christmas Tokens for participating.
You can then redeem these Yule tokens at the local festival shop in Ravensthorpe. These can be redeemed to unlock Mōdraniht-themed items, including an armor set, a tattoo set, a shield, an altar, tree ornaments, a campfire, and much more.
Elsewhere, there is a new community photo contest live until January 1, which will conclude just before the Festival of the Christmas season on January 7. If your snapshot or video is chosen as the best of the bunch, you will win the Art of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla book, as well as $ 50 in Helix credits, which can be used to purchase a multitude of bonuses from the in-game item store (including new XP boosters).
Finally, the Ubisoft blog post is completed with a sneak peek at the new River Raid update, which is scheduled to be available in February 2021. In addition to adding new skills and abilities, River Raid will add three new maps, all of which can be played to earn gear items. elusive for Eivor. More details on the River Raid will be revealed in the coming weeks.
In addition to all this new content, Ubisoft has two major DLC expansions planned for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The Wrath of the Druids will see Eivor travel to Ireland, while the Siege of Paris brings our Viking hero to, well, Paris. There is no scheduled release date for any of the DLCs yet, but unlike the new content for the Yule season, you will need to have the Season Pass to access any of the expansions.
