From Earth and Ate Our Brains are twin shooters attached to the PS4 in early 2020. Join the other three in a wonderful world full of climbers, pink, brain-hungry.
I grew up in the late 80s and 90s, a weekend love affair for my brothers and we were playing video games. Remember that this was a time before high-speed internet, before 65 screens ”and in front of wireless controllers. This meant that we used to exchange or play at the same time, but always stayed close to each other. Our friends came over to play games, and we even took our complaints to visit family. Even now, my brothers and I share fond memories of beating together levels, improving body temps, or finally saving a princess.
Over time, I had a blast playing early online games such as Quake and Counter Strike. The best memories from those times were in the garage (or attic) of the LAN parties in my friends' homes. During college, we were asking people to play games before we went out for our night. Group games, dance games, martial arts, something everyone took for granted, even those who always said they were "not playing games, really."
Fast forward another fifteen years later. I've been with a game development company for the better part of a decade now and am the father of three beautiful children. When designing and building our games, we aim to recreate that feeling of many years ago – sitting next to you and your siblings, friends or kids, enjoying great games.
