The creator of ‘Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo’ (‘Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches’), Miki Yoshikawa, returns in October with a new manga.
Under the title of ‘Hiiragi-san no Kyūketsu Jijō’ (‘Hiiragi’s Bloodsucking Situation’), Yoshikawa presents us this time a family comedy based on the penis shot of the same name that he published in 2019.
The story will be among the pages of Kodansha publisher’s Bessatsu Shonen Magazine starting October 8, as an opportunity to reconnect with Yoshikawa’s works.
The announcement was published this Saturday through the live event for the anime adaptation of ‘Kakkou no Iinazuke’, the author’s most recent manga to date, as well as through her Twitter account.

A little more about Miki Yoshikawa
To meet an author, the best tool is to take a look at their most popular manga, this being ‘Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo’.
In the story Ryuu Yamada, he is known at his school for being an infamous criminal. One day, after being reprimanded for his poor performance and attitude, he notices the presence of Urara Shiraishi, the most distinguished student in the class.
When Shiraishi is walking down the stairs, Yamada tries to provoke her, only to trip and fall, leading her on the way. Eventually, he wakes up in the infirmary and to his surprise, discovers that he is not in his own body.
It turns out that she switched bodies with Shiraishi, and when confronting her, she discovers that the catalyst for the exchange was an accidental kiss during the fall, leading to a very different high school life than the one she knew.
