Dead by Daylight has been sharing teasers about its next murderer for days, and for many it is obvious that the new content would be related to K-pop, but it was also true that many did not believe that it was the case. But it turned out to be true, the next DbD killer is a K-pop star, the member of a boy band that he murdered himself.
It will also be the first time that the survivor will be directly related to the murderer, we usually talk about the relationship between monster and prey, as happened with the Demogorgon from Stranger Things. However, Yun-Jin Lee, was the representative of this K-Pop that comes to the Kingdom of Dead By Daylight with a desire for revenge.
An unexpected origin
It has not yet been revealed what both will look like, although a couple of concept images were shared on the studio’s forums. In that same place the changes that will come to the game were sharedThe Trickster, which is the name of the assassin, will have a good amount of skills as his fellow assassins.

The Trickster has the unique ability to throw knives from a distance to take down survivors. Showstopper, the name of the skill, also comes with a laceration meter that fills up for every slash you hit. When fully filled, survivors take a lot of damage and may even fall to the ground.
Additionally, there are three other abilities: Starstruck, Hex: Crowd Control, and No Way Out. The first allows you to reveal other survivors while charging one you’ve defeated. Crowd Control will block windows that a Survivor has passed through to prevent others from doing so. Lastly, snagging a Survivor gives you a coin that will lock the exit door at the end of the game for a set amount of time.
Now, Yun-Jin Lee also with his abilities. Fast track gives you a coin that gives you a progression bonus when another survivor is on the hook. Smash Hit gives you increased movement speed after stunning the assassin, and Self-Preservation removes the marks you leave in the area if another survivor takes damage from the assassin.
The test of these two characters is already available on Steam, so you can download the game and enter the “Test Realm” to try them for free.
