The North American Study has announced via Twitter that the Life is Strange remaster will have to wait. The game that can also be pre-ordered separately comes with the Ultimate Edition of Life is Strange: True Colors, but now owners of this edition will have to wait more.
Which is a drawback for those who wanted to try the first Life is Strange before moving on to play the new installment. In theory the games are not related to each other and it is not important to play one before the other to understand anything, but it is certainly a nuisance for those who like to play in order.
Avoiding the crunch
In any case the delay has already been announced, Life is Strange: Remastered Collection was going to debut September 10 with Life is Strange: True Colors, but now it will arrive for “early 2022”. So the delay is considerable, more than four months of extra work that Deck Nine justifies in this way.
