While we pursued the mythical Velkhana and sought to remedy the environmental imbalance caused by Old Everwyrm, the most dangerous thing was starting in the background… Xeno & # 39; jiiva bizarre grew entirely in cataclysmic Safi & # 39; jiiva.
Awaken the dragon inside
Little is known about this mysterious red dragon, but we have some amazing insights into Siege-style curiosity and the rewards that can be set up to support the way you hunt at Iceborne.
Your special assignment is to collect from Seliana & # 39; s Hubing Hub and take on Safi & # 39; siva Siege. Work together as a team to complete as many Siege goals as possible. There are some different gameplay mechanics in this quest and you will need to practice to maximize the rewards. We highly recommend taking a Recon Assignment to learn the ropes and practice them a bit before the actual hunt.
Successful completion of this mission will result in Siege's most powerful rewards: Safi & # 39; jiiva "regenerated" weapons!
Each weapon comes with a systematic distribution of math (Attack, Elemental, Affinity, etc.), but take it to Smithy, as well as other Dracolites, and you can upgrade it to awaken its true power! What we have here is one of the most weaponized programs in the history of Monster Hunter.
Each time you upgrade a Saffi weapon, it can be upgraded too much-You are presented with the option to put it “on the resurrection ability.” And these abilities can be combined, illustrated and sealed to produce a powerful creation. You can also unlock Bonus Setup abilities on other sets of larger weapons, unlocking customizations for different weapons. For example, you upgraded the main Safari & # 39; s sword to insert a Bonoth & # 39; s Set Bonus, punching Draw, and then attached it with one piece of Barioth armor (instead of the usual two requirement) to activate that bonus. This leaves four additional pieces of defense open for you to equip and unlock… say Bon & # 39; s Set Set Bonus, Frostcraft!
And if that's not enough, you can even use a regular exercise system to maximize your energy.
On the other side of this powerful figure is a set of Safifa weapons. This spherical protective gear offers a simple silhouette design when you first look … but draw your own weapon, and it produces a spectacular visor. A set bonus, Dragonvein Awakening brings a destructive, yet extremely dangerous, hunting method. If you do not drop your weapon, all of your advanced attacks (Attack, Elemental and Affinity) will be raised, but your health decreases with each attack. Don't worry too much, though; after the advent of hitting something on your enemy, the second part of Dragonvein Awakening will activate, giving you a breakdown in health recovery.
Warning! You cannot take your life back if you attack hard, so be very careful when offering this set of weapons.
Speaking of gambling your life for strength… 2nd Stage Quest for a crossover with Horizon Zero Dawn: Frozen Wilds is now live for Iceborne players. By completing the quest for "The Survivor," you'll be able to make a new Aloy Shield-Weaver + weapon set, Frostclaw Palico gear and upgrade your Stormslinger Prototype to Adept Stormslinger. If you remember our previous blog that included the first demand for the cosplay, Roy Postma, Artistic Director of Horizon Zero Dawn, said this:
To get the feel, we wanted the upgraded Stormslinger to behave modestly when using its charging mechanic. Skipping power causes the capacitators to flash and explode, eventually resulting in a retaliation that can cause serious damage to its chassel.
So… we actually used that gameplay mechanic in Iceborne! With Adept Stormslinger, you can install a mod called Power Source Mod that replicates the health launch activity of Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds. However, if you use the Shield-Weaver + armchair next to this Light Bowgun, you will take less damage; highly recommended sync.
If you're trying to hunt down some really powerful Iceborne gears, now is the time to jump into it. Safi & # 39; s Cosatu requests for Siege and Horizon Zero Dawn will be live until January 4, 2020. Happy hunting!
