Insights have changed a lot lately. First up was Rajang opening up the Volcano District, Stygian Zinogre leading the way to the Tundra District and the discovery of Safiiiva. Burning Brachydios and Raang Furious are upon us … and there we see the scene of the tragedy: Alatreon!
Glittering Darkness
Leading this year in May is one of Monster Hunter's "Black Dragons" legends. Alatreon is also known as "Blazing Black Dragon" but that decision only tells part of what to expect from this Old Dragon. Alatreon brings to the table exciting new things on the hunt, so you always have to be prepared to adapt if you want to survive. This battle will be a great test of your abilities as Fifth Fleet Hunters.
Alatreon's arrival is long gone and details on its behavior in the New World are still scarce; but stay tuned for more details as the Guild gets more information on this awesome Old Dragon. Part of what makes Alatreon special is the monster's stage: The presence of these "Black Dragons" has been treated like a taboo in the Monster Hunter series; so much so that there have not even been official details revealed about these giant monsters. However, this May finally pull the curtain down and talk about these mythical creatures in official positions. We are very excited about the event and we hope you will stick to find out more and experience this “Black Number” at Iceborne.
Renewal of title 3
In the meantime, we have a number of new contenders at our door, and the Audit Commission needs your help. From March 22 at 5pm PDT / 8pm EDT, both Riking Brachydios and Fail Raang will head out into Iceborne. Reports say their movements have been modified and they are hitting harder than ever.
But those who survive this busy Monday … will be able to record some of the most powerful gear in the game! Good luck, hunters!
Bloom Fest Full
Hunters looking for more breathable and heart-warming challenges, can look forward to Full Bloom Fest, our next Iceborne Season Event. As always, the Hubing Hub will be completely decorated – this time with beautiful floral arrangements – and new quotes and bounties will be posted to enable you to customize some of the year's Layered Armor, weapon decorations and more. The full Bloom Fest will begin on April 9 at 5pm PDT / 8pm EDT.
