The release date for The Immortals: Fenyx Rising – Myths of the Eastern Realm DLC has been revealed, and you won’t have to wait long to start venturing through an entirely new mythology.
The second piece of DLC for Ubisoft’s Greek mythology-inspired adventure is coming to PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, Nintendo Switch, and Stadia on March 25. It stars a new hero named Ku (Fenyx finally rose to true mercy in the latest DLC) who will explore a new open world inspired by Chinese myths. Even cooler is the fact that work on this DLC expansion was led by Ubisoft Chengdu; It’s okay for Chinese developers to be the ones to tell stories about Chinese mythology.
While you’re waiting for Myths of the Eastern Realm to arrive, you can get a sneak peek at the new We Are Not Alone mission, which was added today in a free update. You’ll find him at the southern end of the Vale of Eternal Spring, and if you can beat his platforming challenge, you’ll receive “a prize with the appropriate theme” to use in the main game. You do not have to play the mission to access the expansion itself, it is purely optional.
There’s just one more DLC left to go after this one, and it’s got some big changes in store – get ready to meet a new hero named Ash and go on a top-down fighting adventure in the realm of Greek mythology in Immortals: Fenyx. Rising. – The lost gods.
