“We couldn’t have introduced Knockout City to the world without the incredible support of EA Originals, but because of the decision to make the game become free to play
, the reasonable thing is that the next step is to take responsibility for its publication and work more closely with our community. We have incredible plans for Knockout City, and distributing the game internally will allow us to fully realize what we really want this game to be going forward.”
It also caused the fifth season of the game go to be shorter than the previous ones and with less content, leaving behind battle pass and the new maps to focus on introducing more new stuff in his next season and start his new solo adventure on the right foot.
